just a typical outfit for puttering around the studio, thrift shopping, etc. i love this dress - it has crazy draping at the sides which is hard to see here but is the result of a somewhat triangular pattern. so comfortable.

i saw it on friday in santa monica and it was a trip. they followed a tibetan monk on his journey to find the reincarnation of his deceased master.

taking a salad break on my private roof. it's the best part of my work studio - the windows open up to this great big roof top. and the beach is only a few block away so i get the most amazing ocean breeze. sun+breeze=bliss. anyways, back to work! lots of listing, sewing, shipping, etc.

it's been a month since my last post. i'm really going to have to try harder here. i have however been updating the shop on a somewhat daily basis. i just added these 2 little skirts to the shop which are so perfect for spring. i just finished a photoshoot and have a ton of fantastic vintage to add to the shop this week. keep an eye out.

studio sale - saturday

this is just one wall of my studio. all of these racks are jam packed with the most amazing vintage dresses, coats, jackets, blazers, etc. this is all stuff that hasn't even made it into the store yet. i also have at least 2 times this in storage bins.

so in an effort to slim down my stock, i am opening up my studio to the public for a huge holiday clearance sale. if you're anywhere near ventura, california this weekend, you really need to stop by. eveything is drastically reduced for the day and there will be insane bargain bins as well. in addtion to the clothes, there is a huge selection of amazing vintage boots, shoes, bags, scarfs, etc.
